Heat proof plastic wrap?
How do I know if the plastic wrap I am using is heat proof or not?
I know that the kind the use in commercial kitchens usually is(?) Is the kind used in home kitchens also? Or is this type of special item I have to get at a specialty store?

Do you try to find some specialty stores? Maybe you could find the answer by practice.
