    Probably you wouldn’t.
    Most places I’ve seen that have wood fired pizzas etc; have the wood fired oven in a separate area from the kitchen! The problems of lighting fires and bringing in wood are not conducive to proper kitchen hygiene. Ann i dunno if I’d want a fire in the middle of my kitchen, it’s hot enough as it is!
