Does it bother most vegetarians to eat food that touched the same equipment as meat?

I work in a restaurant with vegetarian options, but the cheese is sliced on our meat slicer and we use the same knives and stuff.
The meat is cooked when it’s cut; it’s not against code. We use the knives to cut assembled sandwiches- that not against code either, but might be against personal "code," which is what I’m asking about.

Where can I get a commercial deli meat slicer?

Any good food prep tables?

I am looking for a good food prep table to use in my pantry. We recently moved and I now have the luxury of having a rather large pantry. I am beginning to outfit my kitchen and pantry with high grade commercial restaurant products and would like stainless steel food prep table.

Size-wise I need about 36" wide and no more than 30" deep.

Deciding between a 120v 1400w oven and a 220v 2400w oven for a commercial kitchen, any thoughts?

Both ovens are convection and going to be used to bake pies, pastries and empanadas.
