tri-tip marinade am i doing it right?
Monday, May 2nd, 2011i sliced 4 tri tips up into slices. i took a 1 whole garlic and 3 onions and threw them into a food processor and grinded them down into puree, 2 tbsp pepper, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp oregano, olive oil and soy sauce and i made my marinade with that. i marinated 24 hours, am i doing this right? havent cooked it yet im just curious how you guys think this will turn out…
